The location keeps on restarting

The worst complex to live in. There is no form of communication whatsoever. I have been having water outages for over 3 weeks, without a warning.. It just cuts off.. Any time of day or night, for hours.. Sometimes all day and night. Residents are left in the dark to just wait for it to come back. The only good thing is it's location and security... But living in a place where you are not sure whether you're going to have water or not is unacceptable, esp with a baby. If it's communicated to us, it would make a huge difference.

I wouldn't recommend that one stays here. I had a terrible neighbour who was terrorising different people and no one held him to account. I also encountered a security guard who was unprofessional. Nothing was done to address the matter with the security guard.

Complex with a history of break ins needed someone to almost be murdered in front of others before they took Securty seriously. Now CMS and the trustees , with a warning of gangs taking advantage of complexes, keeps a security guard at the front who was caught with headphones on, watching the football, smoking in the guard house. He has no idea people 5 meters away from him were calling for him, waving, etc And yet he’s still there . Full access to the homes of the people who reported him.
