Noisy noisy place 😔, I wish I had checked the reviews first,it's a challenge getting sleep during weekends or peaceful rest during the day, parties and loud music even during the week all the way till after midnight. NB: only good on pictures but not worth it.....WORST PLACE!!!

the apartments are as lovely as advertised, building management is as efficient and very helpful but in terms of the surroundings like the entertainment areas, its challenging to have some peaceful rest. Some tenants are as loud as an alarming headache. Some tenants do host parties and get loud as possible as if we are all celebrating.

The apartments are good and management is satisfactory. But its next door to two clubs which are not sound proofed. So weekends are very loud you need to ear plugs cos its very loud and its worse on payday weekend and some of the residents host loud events on the street parking and you cant do anything about it because they are not on apartment property. Tl:Dr the place and area is a loud party hotspot.

Living here was such a terrible experience. From thumbsucked monthly billing, failure to return your rightful deposit amount, constant management and maintenance issues, all the way to queries not being taken seriously. Don't get me started on the cockroach infestation!!! Beautiful apartments, but it's really not worth it!
