Do not recommend even driving passed this place. Security walks out with a shotgun to stop traffic so the people in the estate can drive out and bypass the usual flow of traffic! Absolutely unlawful behavior and a disgusting abuse of power!

Fedility staff don't greet with a smile. Actually very rude and not welcoming. Checking my license ID documents they then take a holiday stroll around my veachle has a nice conversation to the work colleague like is trying to earn overtime then decides to scan the car registration. I definitely dont feel welcome

From my viewpoint, This certainly has to be up there with the best estates.It is well maintained, ever clean, quiet, very safe, friendly citizens. The views are extraordinary and worth it. The estate also has a club house, gym, hiking trail, tennis courts, etc. Definitely Worth it
