This building is beautiful newly painted with renovated units a gym on-site and free WiFi !! The staff and manager are great to work with iv been staying here for a few years now !

Its not a nice place…don’t be fooled by the outside. Sometimes there’s no hot water even though you pay for it. Expect electricity outages when it rains or just randomly..it’s really effected by loadshedding ,WiFi has problems , you park far from place (you’ll regret it when it’s raining or you have grocery to carry) there’s lack of communication from management.(no transparency)…not a nice experience. I fully Regret signing 1 year contract.

It’s the worst place ever! Management is bad, they treat you very badly. I didn’t have water for 5 days, struggled to buy electricity. Parking is far, you have to walk in the rain and it’s not safe at night.

Living at this property was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it based on what I went through. During my time here, my vehicle was stolen while parked on the premises. Before that incident, two other vehicles had already been stolen, and about two months later, my vehicle and another tenant’s vehicle were also stolen on the same night. Despite these serious concerns, management did not provide clear updates or take visible steps to improve security. It often felt like safety was not a priority. When I raised these concerns with management, the responses felt dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of accountability was disappointing. Additionally, I was charged more than expected upon moving out, and I did not receive the remaining balance of my deposit I believed I was owed, even after reaching out for clarification. While the property may seem affordable at first, the ongoing security issues, poor communication, and overall treatment of residents make it a risky and potentially costly place to live. I recommend that future tenants carefully consider these issues before signing a lease.

horrible experience, this shayna girl only cares about money nothing else, i forgot my key card at work and asked for a master card to open she told me to purchase a new one, why would i purchase the new one while i didn’t loose the key? worse she did all this one a cold morning while i’m coming back from night shift
