Coackroch invested not Cleaners clean the yard once a week other than that not maintained Constantly worrying about the water being shut off once went nearly 3 months without water because property owners where behind on the bill It is cheap But if you are willing to hear baning on upper and lower floors at night loud tenants (not all of them) and the infestation then this is the place for you.
