Bellairs Brooke

Good complex but be weary of the contract you sign with your landlord... We experienced a not so good landlord.

My visit here is always brilliant, we have a very special connection to the complex.

I have lived in this complex for more than 9 years bought my first apartment here sometimes I travel for 4 to 6 months away and just lock up never had breakins in the complex very secure cameras lazer wire and tight security

Garden is well maintained here. Levy is way too high though. Didn't like the exterior of the building and the inside would require lots of work to make it look modern

I like the silence in the complex and the gew cats you see walking around. Generally a clean space. The living space is big enough for one or two people. The complex pool seems to always be clean. The garden is well taken care of by the gardeners.
