The complex is really good . I lived there for almost 15 years and it was amazing . Security would change over the years but they were all usually really kind . Most neighbors were nice as well . The complex is situated near a church and a garage which are very convinent and a shopping center at a walkable distance . This place is basically perfect. Only I have is the location as it is near bloubsrand which isn't the most safest places to be near as a person who lived on the far end of the complex near bloubosrand got robbed . This is the only robber I know of so far . The place has alot of grassy areas to have fun at. There is a man there that will always be the best . One of the grounds men , uncle Bunda . He is the most kindest person there and the most hardworking . I truly am grateful for all his hard work .

Very beautiful place to stay This place is looks nice while you are outside. But there is so many things happening in this complex please if managent the don't know from now I need them to know. It was 30 of December around 02am people enter in my unit the breck my window with the big stop but security take time to come until I call them and the take more than 20 minutes to come after I call them. Don't trust that complex I lost my property for more than R30, 000 but up to now no one full or complex management call and ask what was happening. Just magen I am staying with my family but people come blocked my unit and enter the found me together with my family take my property while I see them the jump over where the enter no one followed me from complex till I moved out from that bad complex called petra nera dont go that complex it was complex before not now.
