Felt very frustrated staying there. Firstly everything falls apart and breaks without being touched and you'll be charged for it. Has random power outages outside of loadsheddding so you stay the entire day without power on weekends. Boom gate not working on most days. The wifi provider for the complex Linteg also very bad and goes off at random times during the day. Children play on the staircase making so much noise on weekends and afternoons after school.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Security is a big issue. My car was stolen inside the complex and not even once did I hear from the property management. A month later another polo was stolen. It’s ridiculous how it is a criminal’s playground. Gates are forever not working. There are no cameras in the parking lots. There is always a group of gents sitting next to the guard house which can compromise the security. It’s a mess. The possibility of house break-ins is very high at this rate. If you are looking for a secure place and peace of mind look far away from stoneleigh apartments.

Never in your wildest dream choose an IHS Property and iSwitch electricity billed apartment. ISwitch did not bill me for 3 Months and after 3 Months I had to pay R5000 for electricity. Cold water, hot water and electricity has different bills every Month and also you will have to pay a service fee for each before making a purchase each month. I spend a ridiculous amount of R5000 extra each month on electricity and water. I can't take it anymore 😪 Always in debt because, of this place and not forgetting that they don't care.
