Helderwyk Estate.

What a beautiful and calm neighborhood. Live here if you want frequent electricity outages that last 32 hours if not more because wires are always stolen with no solution in sight, no water for at least another 24 hours and Wi-Fi failure 3 times a month for 2 days (if not more)😊. Nothing can be done about the latter because there's only 1 Wi-Fi provider to choose from. Lovely area but for how much residents pay, it's definitely not worth the money for how often these annoyances happen.

I do not think there is enough i can say about this fabulous estate It truly ticks all our families needs boxes. So its a win win situation for our entire family. Absolutely breath taking estate. I love all the facilities within the estate and of course the security. The security always greet us with warm smiles and are always so friendly. There are a variety of different things to do which always a bonus with children. There is also a school and a gym ! I can go on & on , this is how impressed I am! An absolute lovely experience with all that is on the estate. I also love the fact that the kiddies can ride their bikes. Families can go for morning or even afternoon walks together feeling save and not consumed by fear of walking " what could go wrong." Or fears that your child would get hit by a reckless car driver. The estate has cameras and very strict speed limits , along with spedbumps . So us this is massive item to tick as there is allot of crime in other areas. We feel our children are protected by the phenomenal & helpful security guards and all the other security measures in place. Another up side is the estate is clean and well kept, so that's also always a fabulous bonus to. I do love this estate and love watching it take shape with all its beautifully unique homes

Absolutely beautiful! Great security and peaceful environment , great for long walks..has a kids/teen area and the school being in there is a bonus!

It's a very beautiful place l always wish if I win lotto I must have a house in Helerwyk Estate. Also the security they are very strictly shows that it's a very safe place. I really like Helerwyk Estates

Can't really rate it. 5year old brat is schooled in the area. Have to drive him in every day. Speed hump heaven.
