Great place to rent

Bad service.Water outages electricuty problems.Bad place to stay in.

Not a recommendable place to stay at. The lady manager could have treated us better rather than be rude, and having to be humbled by a tenant. The building had a cockroach infestation and faulty wiring💔. When you report the matter, they offer a complicated system that takes times to deliver assistance. They have two plate stoves that are for decoration & deceit, the minute you you settle in you are in for a rude awakening! You'll be using a two plate oven stove. When I moved in, unfortunately my bachelor was not attended to even though the management was aware of a new tenant moving on. The bathroom was filthy I had to start afresh and clean it, as well as the dust & spider webs that were all over the room. When it comes to payment they are number one, but when it comes to following their own lease sadly not. The noise in the corridors is awful ! Once a fellow tenant had to reprimand kids that were kicking a ball at people's doors & screaming. Once took it up with the staff and they said take it or leave it💔. The light skin female & elder man security guards both only have a cold aura and dreadful attitude to offer! I feel robbed with my deposit. Also they had unconsented or undiscussed entry into my room invading my privacy during my process of moving out. What if I laid a complaint of some of my things missing after that? Please communicate with your tenants, just because they are moving out it does not mean it's a war. Nonetheless the backup (although needs to be extended to inside the tenant rooms) & WiFi access during loadshedding is to be applauded. There's still room for improvement in this rental property and hopefully with the right management it can be achieved.

It's not a bad place to stay unless you hate cockroaches, constant power outages and water outages for no clear reason, you may need to replace your lights frequently because of faulty wiring, and don't forget shaky elevators that only work half the time. In my view the building manager is a nice person but that building might need occupational and safety inspection.
