This place is a terrible place it is haunted 👻👻👻 Especially at the 6 floor yhooooo .

The places 2 rent r stunning, however the area is terrible, not safe as it is in the CBD of Kempton. If it was in a safer area it wld b a gr8 place 2 rent. The security 2 get in2 the apartments is top notch and there is safe parking 4 a car. The place is clean and 1 can c the property is well taken care of. Has lots of shops in walking distance so very convenient in terms of shopping if u don't have a car. The apartments are well run, so it is impressive from that pt of view!!!

I’ve been staying in this place for 2 months now terrible experience of my life , a security guard by the name of William helped other tenants steal our couch which we had temporary placed under the stairs with the knowledge of the security guards . CCTV shows William helping the guys steal our couch at 11pm at night . Totally disgusted. The people brought back our couch after moving out from the complex for 2 weeks, our couch came back smelling so horrible and damaged . Honestly the management is the worst, Tshepiso, Frank and Rockies are the most people ever telling us if we open a case against the security guys they will defend them ..We also haven’t had the so called free wifi for 2months now .Water issues and the noise at night is unbearable. Worst place ever this place should be shut down and the management changed because they are so rude and don’t n know how to do their job. Can’t wait to leave soon.

The scams that take place here are top notch. First: You are assigned an agent that's in Durban while the flats are in kempton park Second:That agent gives you a room which is already occupied and you sign a lease to someone elses unit Third: You only find out on move in day that the unit you have a lease for has been occupied by someone else Fourth:They ask you to either leave the premises or take an alternative unit which is under construction Fifth:They give you a dirty unit hat still needs painting and the doors do not lock, and they will fix the locks after a few weeks Sixth:The unit you've now been given under duress will flood every other week with water coming down the walls, and they will not give you another unit because your agent is in Durban Like i said, best scam operation in Johannesburg.

A terrible hostel to wanna stay in. Infested with cockroaches and rats and goes weeks without electricity. False promises from management, crazy bills dont be fooled by the no deposit policy, its a trap to lure you in
