Kempton park Gauteng one of the town people live in and is not far from Joburg and Pretoria not talking about The Mall of Africa is just around the corner in Midrand.

Low cost block of flats but for what I understand to be the rental rate they have good security. Even with just average maintainance it can be a wnner at this price and the flats they offer. It's better then what I have expected or have been told. Seems also now that the management agency is a stable and reputable one.
