Very nice from outside actually even inside but a big no for me it's lack of maintenance and lots lots lots lots of cockrouches ai! Ai big no no no

What is the use of arranging for moving in and when you get there, the room isn't prepared? The room was filthy, more like a pigsty. We were made to wait for over an hour for someone to come and assist. We were moved around from one room to the next, this was so unprofessional and unacceptable. Please stay away from these apartments. They’ll sell you the dream but dololo delivery. Management who’s running this place is clueless.

I'm thrilled to leave a 5-star review for Kagiso House! The service was top-notch, and I had a wonderful stay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed residence. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Big shout out to Ntokozo for ensuring everything ran smoothly. Warning: Avoid this place if you want peace of mind. The management is extremely poor. It doesn't deserve any stars. Unfortunately, it's a hostel. 1.Alivator buttons are lacking. 2.Its a student resident. 3.Waking up at night due to noise 4.Rude staff members

Rating: 1/10 The location is okay but that’s it. As students we experienced poor treatment and disrespect from staff. There were also many hidden rules that made the stay uncomfortable - curfew, visitor restrictions, and penalties that were not in the listing. On top of that, cleanliness was poor and there was no proper heating for winter. We raised issues but got no help. I cannot recommend this accommodation to students or anyone looking for fair treatment.
