City living at affordable prices

This is the worst place to live in, I don't advise someone to live in citylife, the workers are soo unprofessional, they insult tenants instead of sloving the problem, how can you charge someone r300 penalty for paying rent on the 3rd of the month and at the same time don't give them access to the coz the rent was delayed for 1day.
