Vermin, they never fix anything.When I moved in the fan,toilet and some plugs..were broken and haven't been fixed till today and I'm moving out month end.

Beautiful residential area, quiet if you're lucky to get an apartment on the inside. Advisable for people without kids though because the place isn't child friendly.
