Times Square Ladies Accommodation

Today there's a lady working at their help desk or info desk. Whatever they choose to call it. She is telling my Lil sister to leave because there is no space. My sister has been staying there from February 2023 and we have been paying for the room even during school holidays. No one wants to tell us the name of the lady but I will post her picture if I have to. She is not even giving my little sister a chance to tell her what is happening and the stuff there also tried to explain to her but she says she is busy with paying clients. So who is my sister? Is she living there for free? We paid the rent for December, January and February. My sister left her things in the room knowing she is coming back. Today my sister was told that everything that was taken out of that room is not their issue. Is this what we are paying for? This rubbish we receive from people who feel they have power? Is this how our sisters are being treated in our upsence? We paying for our sisters to bag for accommodation? If no one calls me about this I'm really taking this further. I'm not letting this go and my sister has nowhere else to go. Now I must get a hotel for her, after paying for her accommodation. Tell me if this is fair
