This place is very bad more especially the securities their are very rude to tenants and behave as if they are paying our rentals . The place it's a scam what you see from outside it's not what you get inside. I regret not taking the reviews seriously.

It's more tragic when you finally speak to the CEO of City Bridge Properties regarding the money they owe you (Deposit) but when it comes to paying rent they are the first people to being on your neck even if you set your payments to debit orders. We're supposed to get your deposit back 14 days After moving out, it's been months now and charges that appear from nowhere which are false because we have our statements. Sies!!!! Don't even get me started about the security. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Left the place in January 31 2019, when it came to my refund for the deposit one lady refused for me to get back my R750 for parking bay deposit and it was claimed I had an outstanding balance of which was false as I have a statement with amenities debited for in January. Till to date I'm waiting also the place is not fully hygienic roaches are everywhere.

The place is clean and security are fine the problem is the kids playing in the corridors if you are working remotely or you want peace you won’t survive especially at 1st floor they play till 8 or 9 pm
