The complex and people who stay and work here are amazing. *This is a specific review for people looking to rent unit no. 60, from Bridgette Stacey.* She is currently an invalid member of the PPRA. We gave the property back in a better condition than the initial inspection depicted and she is making sure, everyday, that we do not see a single cent of our deposit. In 18 months our family spent around R 240k on rent, upgrades, maintenance, stolen electricity, etc. We have requested the legally required deposit account with its growth - nothing. 14 days after all repair work is completed, the law states a deposit - or the remainder thereof is to be paid back. Nope. No invoices for repairs, no communication, just plain lies and thievery. We have no options. This woman has screamed at me and my wife, treated us absolutely horrendously, and there is unfortunately nothing to do about it - she will continue to deceive and steal. This is the only way I know of how to warn people. Don't do it. Do not allow this woman to put you and your family in the atrocious position me and my family find ourselves in.
