Extremely neat and tidy. Good security with cameras, guard and electric fence.

Well maintained gardens. Extremely quiet and well kept. During the day, it feels like you're at a holiday resort during off season.

Utterly inconsiderate people live in this complex, loud music on week nights that is heard more than a kilometer away. I don't know how the other residents and body corporate can allow such disgusting behavior.
