Sadly, this isn't the place it was anymore. ->Bad construction makes the units into freezers in the winter and saunas in the summer. ->The windows seal is already starting to go, creating a freezing house in the winter. ->The area is extremely expensive for power. ->after nearly 14 days without power, they didn't forget to increase the rent prices and continuous multiple day power outages throughout the year. ->Generators not allowed during the 14 days even for medical equipment and the elderly. This was during a cold front. The fine is R5000 if found with a generator. People had to watch their lives burn and couldn't do anything about it. -> I would highly suggest not to move in here, this is a business and it is run like a business. Management is now milking this place for what it's worth. ->They used cheap paint so the deposit is basically lost if you stay for an extended stay. (1 year +) Paint comes off even when you just wipe the walls with a wet cloth. ->Cheap cement must have been used as it chips easily at the slightest thing. -> Place is falling apart inside.

It feels as if we hit the jackpot with our apartment. We stay on the top floor and I don't regret it one bit. We have a lot of privacy and there's not a moment that goes by where I don't feel safe. I enjoy to get my steps in everyday and sometimes it happens that I only go for a walk at 7/8PM even then it's so safe. The views are stunning at this place. Everyone I've met so far is very friendly. Occasionally we hear children playing in the play areas and it can get a bit loud from time to time, but it's definitely not that bad that it has put me off from Ephram's View - on the contrary it adds to the community vibe of the place. We haven't experienced any electricity or water issues. I 100% recommend this lovely place if you are looking to move.

No maintenance in this place. On first day of moving in we had an issue with water, pipe started gushing water. Called maintenance but to get hold of them was another issue.

Really not a bad place. Also I'm a simple person who keeps to myself so this place works. No one bothers you. Rooms are big enough . No noise
