1. Poor maintenance with no urgency stuff keeps breaking or just fall apart from fittings to wall plug ins. 2. Noise pollution especially weekends/monthends with no security strictness , overheard 1 security guard being bribed R50 by neighbor to continue playing loud music & that was @ 2am & he gladly accepted 3.Access systems constantly not functioning (entrance/exit codes) huge security flaw as anyone can either enter or leave willy nilly 4.Cleaning of corridors in general not adherred to completely you can find empty beer bottles in corridors for weeks & dirt uncollected. 5.IHS stands for Its Horrible Stay looks are deceiving as apartments are beautiful but once you've moved in experience all above. My advice stay far away 🏃🏿 Overall rating 1/10✨️

It’s a lovely stunning place, but I had a terrible experience with moving in, and they moved me in a room that is in a terrible state. Which is funny because the room was vacant the entire time. Looks like the room had water leakage, and the upstairs tenant is experiencing the leakage, that is affecting my room, my room stinks and the toilet stinks. I literally moved in 6days ago. I’m planning to move out if they refuse to move me to a different room. (I do love how spacious the apartment is though). Took pictures of the state of the apartment incase they try funny shandiz on me.

Stunning new building, perfect location close to all amenities and 400 m from Vodaworld

The inside of the apartments look nice …however electricity is crazy expensive, the maintenance is terrible, they literally get the gardeners to come fix faults. The stove drops the main switch . So if you are cooking, literally the only thing that can be on are the lights. The admin is awful . Even if you pay rent you still get threats that you haven’t . Literally sent my POP to 7 different people but still getting harassed on a daily. If you have children just know they can’t use the jungle gym because it’s a safety hazard. I’ve been here a month and I can honestly say the only thing I enjoy is the size of the apartment…they are very spacious. I wondered why they had such an amazing promotion…now I know why 🫠

This place is a cesspool of noise, drunks, and reckless driving. Living here feels like signing up for constant chaos, with basic safety apparently treated as optional. The play area is beyond neglected and genuinely unsafe. Right next to it is a swamp-like mess, and together they create an environment that feels less like a residential complex and more like the gates of hell with a rental office. Someone is going to get hurt if nothing is done. The whole property feels badly managed, uncared for, and completely lacking in standards. Unless your idea of home is a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah with parking, stay away.
