Good security, clean, easy access to amenities however place is suited for students, small apartments, place can get noisy over the weekends

Good accommodation rooms fairly spacious . Good for young grads starting to work and students. Quiet enough but alive to some extent.

Nice block of flats. Wes showing a client a bachelor flat. He was very impressed. The place is safe with 24 hour manned security. Right across the road from the Hollcrest Boulevard shopping center

Too expensive considering the size of the flats and all the noise on weekends and during the week Not worth the highly expensive rent. The wiring is also faulty and no one to complain to because the land lord is MIA and refuse to take any phone calls. 1 star. Poor maintenance Loud and disruptive parties Faulty wiring I do not recommend. A shared commune is a far better option since it usually has WiFi, cleaning services and maintenance included.

Very secure and in proximity to convenience stores. The birds start chapping at 4 am though!
