Stayed here for a few months, and I wouldn't say I would not say I enjoyed it, I was hanging out with my friends at the pool, and a staff member took a video of us. My friend noticed and called him out he started calling him slurs and was telling him to come and fight. Besides that, kids aren't allowed to have fun. The manager or caretakers don't allow kids to play sports at the field, and if they do, they get fines for having fun. There's not much to say about this place. There's good apartments but horrible staff

Living here has been a nightmare. Noise goes on until 2–3am regularly . Loud music, screaming, and people drinking in the parking lots. This happens constantly, not just on weekends. Almost an entire block has submitted noise complaints and nothing changes. No peace, no sleep, and honestly too embarrassing to have people over. If I’d known this would be the environment, I would never have moved here. I love my apartment, but the lack of control and accountability has ruined our time here.

I would give this complex zero stars if I could. The management here is absolutely terrible. They don’t maintain the apartments properly—issues go unresolved for weeks or even months. The pool is a complete eyesore and is never cleaned, making it unusable. To make matters worse, the play area is constantly misused by nannies who treat it as a hangout spot to drink alcohol instead of a safe space for kids. Despite multiple complaints, the caretaker does nothing to address these issues, showing a complete lack of responsibility or care for the residents. If you’re considering moving here, don’t. It’s not worth the hassle or the frustration

Moved here in 2023, very peaceful place then. Now it is unbearable noise from kids, dogs and adults. It is definitely not neighborly especially if you work from home. I do not wanna start talking about how the cleaners will be singing and making noise while cleaning....I cannot wait to move out...

My family and I have been staying at Galloway for about 3 years now, and the living conditions have progressively worsened over time. The caretaker, Hendri, does very little to address the actual issues tenants are facing. Almost every unit in our block has some kind of plumbing issue. Trying to get assistance is an ongoing hassle. We’re often made to feel as though we should be grateful just to stay here, rather than being treated like paying tenants. When raising concerns, we’ve even been told to “just move” as if relocating is simple or affordable. We cannot wait to leave this place. We are here out of necessity, not because we want to be.
