Do you like peace and quiet? Enjoying nice, peaceful afternoons? Then this place is NOT for you. Constant partying by certain tenants and nothing being done to them at least twice a week. Stay away if you want to raise a family or just want a peaceful home life.

I live here. Best estate ever. Lovely homes. Great area. Great location. Well priced. Modern and very stylish. Comes with 5mbs wifi and appliances. For owners levies aren't insane. No transfer costs. What a pleasure
