Havanna Complex - Celtisdal.

This is a great, secure complex. The location is tranquil with none of the disruptive city sounds. Our view of the skyline, overlooking the Raslouw Agricultural Holdings is breathtaking at sundown. The security guards are competent and take their job seriously and are very helpful. There's a pool with three braai areas and a clubhouse - this area is closed off and locked. Children can only enter when parents/guardians are present. Gardens are kept neat and outside bins are cleaned weekly.

Nice place but NOT SAFE! My sister and nephew had a house break-in at around 04:15 this morning. They're very traumatized right now and apparently someone said it's happened before. This place is not safe

Maintenance here is a joke, had issues with the ceiling caving in January 2024, screws were put in the roof and they were to come back and cover it up in a few days, it's now 26 December 2024. And it's still not covered up, have plug points that kept blowing up, it was never attended to, a leaking faucet, also ignored and an oven that kept tripping the power any time you used it. Months later, even after raising the issue multiple times to the caretaker we're still waiting for a remedy. At this point our stove (which has been "fixed" 4 different times) still isn't working a day after Christmas. The caretaker says there's no one else we can contact.

It's a calm clean and beautiful residential complex that is situated in a quite area and I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking at buying a comfortable Cousy and secure residence I was impressed 💯

Well maintained. 24/7 security. The perfect place for people who abide to rules. If you are looking for a place where you can do as you please, this is not the place! Strictly for people who abide to conduct rules and respects their neighbours. The caretaker is hands on and very helpful.
