If you wanna cry, live at this place. Pros: Not Applicable Cons: 1.Roaches galore- they hardly fumigate, you'll find roaches EVERYWHERE. The roaches are more comfortable than you are in your own unit. 2.You'll experience the wifi tripping most times. 3. If you work (especially work from home) this is not the place for you! Parties are held at unGodly hours (I.e. 1 or 2 am), that time you have to wake up the following morning to work while they sleep off the drunkenness. 4. The place was once a family place but now it's full of students and rowdy characters who do not care about their behaviour: random parties, loud noises, spilling alcohol all over the place, weed, fighting, etc. 5. There are beds on the corridors that reek of roaches. 6. The whole building has an off putting smell.

Pros: building is well maintained no deposit/credit check Pay and move in Cons: The room will be filthy when you move in There are cockroaches all over The rooms are extremely tiny The walls are made out of cardboard If your room is advertised as furnished, you’ll absolutely be getting stained beds and worn out furniture.

Horrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs! This place is absolutely terrible. It was infested with bed bugs and roaches, and for nearly two months there was no hot water or electricity, yet they still demanded full rent without any consideration for the inconvenience or extra costs we had to bear. Their complete lack of backup power and maintenance made living here unbearable. We even had to fetch water ourselves, like it was centuries ago. The property is filthy, neglected, and clearly not managed properly. If you want to waste your money or experience what it’s like to live without basic necessities like electricity or running water (which happens far too often here), then this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The place was infested with bedbugs and cockroaches. We stayed for days on end without electricity and water. Our safety was also jeopardized because the door was always open due to the electricity issue, as a result anyone, tenant or not had access to the building because the security personnel cannot memorise the tenants faces. Complete waste of money! I'd give 0 stars if I could, waste of time! Filthy place with incompetent management.

Homii London - if there were zero starts I can give! It’s sickening so see such nice old building being rundown by poor management. Receptionist never has answers, security guards are expected to do reception work, but they too don’t have answers. In the beginning of this year, the building went two full weeks without electricity. And with no electricity, there is no WiFi and no water. Building management will only supply water after two weeks. Same thing is happening right now. We have had no electricity, no WiFi and no water for 6 days. And in all this time, we have two vague emails from management. And it’s a non-reply email. lol. So we don’t even know how to contact them. I’m so ready to move out of this place. If you headaches, come stay here
