IQ Brooklyn

This place makes you feel like an outsider in your own home. They advertise it in such a good way but when you actually stay here there are lots of disadvantages and rules that make u feel like you staying in a hostel whereas it is private apartments. The gym has never been opened for about 2 years but we still have to pay levies for this. The lady in managing the property has become rude and disrespectful. Some residents here complain on a daily basis that they are treated like kids as if they are staying in a university residence.

the most beautiful place I've lived and the worst living experience I have ever had. poor and disrespectful management, no gym as promised, water tariff vendor prices are extremely high despite there not being hot water at the complex especially during winter. when it rains water comes in through the ceiling and sliding door floors. really not worth the money you pay as an owner or a tenant. all in all 0/10. it just looks nice for vibes

Would not recommend investing here. Management promise to fix reported problems, but nothing comes of these promises, for example since we have stayed here we have had to park with drain water flowing under our cars, till this date no steps have been taken to fix this. Very modern and spacious apartments but very incompetent management. Now it seems that all attention has been shifted to the new apartments they are building down the road rather than fixing the current problems they already have at IQ Brooklyn. Also since we have stayed here most other tenants on our floor have moved, maybe because of the above, I believe that the writing is on the wall for iQ Brooklyn.

Security and management need serious work. One security guard called Shakes is impossible to reason with, he cannot engage in any consumer relations.

Management is disgustingly poor. Security very unfriendly and untrained to work with public and owners. My friend once couldnt get into her own house because of the faulty security system!
