Very pleasant residential complex. Reasonably priced apartments to rent our buy

A really pretty estate and is close to many shopping centers and close to the main highways. Aesthetically pleasing modern designed apartments and has cool fixtures like 3 swimming pools and nice gardens. I lived here for a year and I moved out because of the lack of infrastructure. We had constant power outages and water shortages. Hopefully management fixes these issues soon because this is a great looking estate

Isabel estate is one of a kind estate- the complex offers great security with Bio metrics access , security cameras all over the estate , 24 hour security guards and Electric fence all around the estate. Each building has its own beautifully landscaped courtyard as well as lifts, jungle-gym for the kids, a clubhouse and two swimming pools AND basement parking. Domito Developments are the developers for this incredible estate. Isabel estate is situated in heart of North riding with great schools and Nursery schools all in walking distance, close to hospitals , restaurants and shopping centres. Isabel estate offers 1 bed 1 bath , 2 bed 1 bath , 2 bed 2 bath and 3 bed 2 bath options. I would recommend this estate to all buyers, first time buyers , and great investment opportunities.

The complex has got so much better at controlling music being played from cars outside the estate. However, there is one resident who rides a super bike which doesn’t appear to have plates, and revs it madly whenever he arrives and leaves the complex. Surely security can talk to him. He wakes my children nearly every night, and freaks them out, some times 8:30pm and on weekends it 2am!! This really is not pleasant and cause upheaval for us as neighbours and a family

It is a nice complex but seems like it was made cheaply. A lot of the structures have cracks in them. The complex has a swimming pool, clubhouse, braai area, and beautiful communal gardens
