Very quiet place, the Body Corp was not bad, one progressive lady (Chairperson) very helpful! Steer away from unit 48, the owner together with Centurion letting agency will give you hell when you have to move out and access your deposit. The neighbour downstairs will complain about everything, not child friendly as an apartment upstairs, and a backward neighbour ( Trust me, you will be called by the body cop for TV sound). The building leaks water from top apartment to bottom one (like if you spill the bucket, the bottom apartment will be affected, ceiling etc), seems there is infrastructure issue, not the first to complain. Have that checked out if you intend on buying. Over the 12 months stay, there was occurrence of no electricity outages outside the national loadshedding, cables are stolen very often and will be without power very often. Would i recommend someone there?- Yes if you have a high tolerance level, and no, if you want to just reside in peace.
