Luna Apartments

The service is so bad. If the problem is with facilities they make it seem like it's your fault that it's not working. Most but not all the staff is not friendly, have an attitude and not willing to assist. They get ssoo.. irritated when you ask them for assistance with facilities things that they should’ve explained when you move in but they don’t. They get irritated and give you attitude when you ask them. literally always have to go to the same person to assist because they're the only one willing to assist. Would be a good place if everything was just managed professionally. and not with emotions and how they feel on the day

First time I moved into Luna apartments I had an amazing experience as a tenant and being assisted by Zase and with no regrets this has been a great time living here.

Zase provides exceptional customer service and truly understands what it means to take care of customers. She takes great pride in her work and consistently goes above and beyond. She once assisted me during a very difficult situation, and I have never forgotten the kindness and professionalism she showed me. Such a greatest experience to live in such a wonderful apartment, especially the receptionist are so friendly towards people. I will give most of credits to Saze she also offered me a Bible , as a Christian i regard it as pivotal gift that will revive my soul.
