Neat and chilled apartments for working adults. A walking distance to University of Pretoria Lunnon Gate and Hillcrest complex on Lynwood road with shops like Woolworths food, Pick n Pay etc

Ideally located for both students and individuals working in the Hatfield area. Within walking distance (approximately 5-7min) to university entrance (on Lunnon Road). Walking distance to Hillcrest Boulevard shopping center, literally around the corner (2min walk). Facilities include 24/7 on duty security guard, parking, elevator, pre-paid electricity meter in each unit. Good and friendly security and great maintenance .

The level of cockroach infestation is shocking. After moving in 28 days ago, I genuinely regret signing the lease.

Not impressed, cheap construction. Feels like jail with long passage in center and flats facing either West or East - a real sign of cost cutting during design. Who wants a West facing room???
