Once we have a power outage the water goes too. Right now we are the only building that doesn't have electricity even though we don't have loadshedding. This has happened more than once

If you’re thinking of it DONT. Infestation of cockroaches and bed bug. Rowdy people and kids. Elevator not working. Poor maintenance everything is a mess. Spacious units though

Its beautiful but elevators dont work on some floors. There's 2 residents outside lounge. One rooftop & 1 outside lounge

Oh if you are thinking about it do not do it ... the elevators do not work imagine staying in the 7th floor. The water is cold all day.. in this very cold June reported the issue 4 days ago.. no one has come to my aid the rent is wild too for such incompetence.
