Rowdy complex, there seems to be no rules at thia complex. The noise is on another level, parties at parking bay 😑

It's a quiet and affordable complex to live in in Bloubosrand. Northlands Corner is just a few minutes away; close to fourways mall and other major spots.

DO NOT move into these apartments 1. Weak security, your things will get stolen on your doorstep and on the washing lines. A car got stolen at some point! 2. Poor maintenance 3. They will not refund your deposit when you leave, you will chase after them

If I was a tenant I wouldn't look at this complex. The pictures advertised are not at all what you get. The cupboards are old and don't get me started on the roaches. I have never experienced this in my life. The caretaker tries my gosh but wow the building is not maintained at all. Something is always breaking. I could write a list. The bin area has a roach infestation and it always bleeds into the units, it's a big mess! Save yourself!
