Surprised this has no reviews yet, been living here for 4 months now, it's spacious, comfortable and the rent price is very justified. Gets a bit loud with some of the surrounding apartments, but I wholeheartedly give this 5 star. But the garages are also lengthwise 2 parkings and me and my brother's bakkies don't fit but we manage. BUT THE GARDEN IS AMAZING
