Simple apartment complex. Short of amenities. Heat-pump heated water system. Covered parking. Most units sport 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, open-plan lounge and kitchen. Nice and quiet at all hours within the complex, however it is close to traffic congested routes. Close to schools and many shopping complexes. Also close to Malibongwe and Witkoppen roads. Conveniently situated 10 minutes from Fourways and the highway. 15 minutes from Randburg.
Very good area and close to all amenities. Perfect location. Lovely complex
Do you like constant power cuts? Do you like no water? Then this is the place for you. Kids play football around the parking lot right where cars park. Apartments are great but not worth the inconveniences.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This place is pathetic. We haven't had hot water for close to 2 weeks. The body corp is of no use. I would not recommend anyone living here.
Worst complex ever!!! Break-ins have become a norm, power cuts and water cuts galore!!! Body corporate will ignore you (Brenda is the worst!!!). Three units were broken into in one night (mine included, R10 000's worth of property stolen) and this was close to the security gate. No footage, electric fence not working (but you will be billed levies for it without fail). DO NOT stay here!!!
