Worst experience ever,paying full amount of rental yet you stay without electricity and water,i regret my stay in Sambro Building,how do we cope with electricity n water for days yet we pay full rental,no updates we just in the dark.i wish people could see the reviews before moving to this building because its kaak

It's a horrific situation to be in. The occupants have been without water as of Tuesday, and the management has still not informed why they have been without it. There hasn't been a month that passes without a water or electricity outage. Except for Sambro House, all of the properties in this area have running water.

It's a very bad place to be. The tenants have been without water from Tuesday to date and there is no communication from the management as to why there is no water. There is no month that goes buy without water cuts or electricity cuts. All the buildings in this area have water, eccept Sambro house.

Worst place to stay. Poor service. WiFi, water and electricity always have issues. You will spend more to cover up the poor services the AFHCO company fails to provide. Don't make the mistake of staying in any of their buildings. You will have regrets for a lifetime. Don't not stay because it looks affordable. It will cost you more in the long run and it's not worth it.

The building itself is in close proximity to all major enmities, making life easy and comfortable to its tenant. Clean, safe and peaceful. Recommended for individuals who work from home
