The rules are crazy. 22:00 all visitors must be out, no visitors after 22:00. For a sleepover you must fill forms, give notice. The place is very small, 3 seater sofa does not enter. Queen bed does not enter. No parking. The walls are paper, u can hear someone fart next door. When they have sex is worse you will not sleep. Security guards are rude. That's my overall experience. One star is for the cleanness and tight security, I never lost anything. But if you are a young professional, working and studying. This place is not for you, no space for washing machine, no laundry room.The building manager won't give you attention if you are a guy, he will ignore you until u take it up. Then he will be angry at you that you reported him, he will no longer greet you back when you greet him. Anyway I move out after 6 months.
