Worst complex I’ve stayed in. The kids are such an issue always roaming around the parked cars. And sitting in front of the gym doors. The security is pathetic and useless. Not enough visitors parking close to units especially for elderly people who can’t walk far distances. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here especially if you going to be constantly reminded about pathetic rules.
Within one year of living here the cost of utilities has doubled. The complex is build to close to the main road that the noise from the streets will keep you up at night. Parking is ok but can be a problem if you have more than 1 vehicle. Management does their best here to keep everyone happy but there are to many units with there respective problems. Somewhat nice people that lives here. But most are not that friendly. Not worth the price.
