Fully furnished and most of the units are shared. Not a bad place to stay since it's so close to the university entrance, and the security guards are friendly but this place is ran by scammers. If you plan on staying here, don't expect to get back your deposit and be prepared to be charged for damages that weren't caused by you or didn't even exist in the first place 👎🏾

The building is clean and the units are beautifull and fully furnished. This makes a difference for student accommodation. Prices are REALLY good. Had a good experience.
I got a way better experience with this accommodation than res publica and smartshelter. It's the only accommodation that I've been in so far that doesn't have the most ridiculous restrictions. Like res publica not allowing you to have a VPN or smartshelter having slow caped wifi. The people that help you with your problems are quick to help you if they are able. The only problem is the owners can be slow to respon however the caretakers are quick to get you sorted out. Place it has a nice tendency of being mostly quiet, which I love for gaming and studying.
Clean, safe, perfect location, right next to campus, less restrictive compared to other residents I’ve stayed at. Has back up water.
The location is nice. They fumigate quite regularly so thankfully I’ve never seen a cockroach or even flies. The room itself depends on who is managing it. The building is a bit older meaning that there’s a lot of maintenance required- so pick a landlord wisely… The most frustrating part is the lack of backup power and water and the frequent outages. We’ve gone days without power more than once. The communication from management is disappointing, especially since the WhatsApp group was made “Admin only”. It’s now only a one-way line of communication. This is a huge disservice to students, seeing as there’s no opportunity to talk to each other or ask for help- which is what the group was used a lot for in my first year.
