I am so frustrated and even in tears of renting here.My first month but so draining. I just moved but I now owe because their creditors are taking long to allocate my payment from December last year. They even switched off my electricity My first invoice being over charged I am told to pay any amount for now How is that possible ? I dont mind attaching my communication from 10 Jan 2024 Secondly logged a ticket about tile needz to be fixed and wardrobe handle needs to be fixed and painted its almonth now i movex in not fixed
No water again today. Maybe the allegations are true ,this building could be owing the municipality money. why are we still crying about water to this day. Do better man
Never in my 16 years of living in johannesburg have I experienced such an inconvenience. If you're interested in moving in here don't. If its not the pests, its the maintenance issues if its not maintenance its the water outages. They've had water outages repeatedly yet a number of buildings around them have water. Are they owing the municipality money? There hasn't been water for over a week in this building.
I would not recommend staying here based on my experience. Since I moved in during December, the stove has never worked properly, the toilet holder has been broken, the bathroom light has been malfunctioning, several wardrobe handles are broken, and the entrance door has also been damaged. These issues have been there since I moved in and, despite the time that has passed, they have not been properly resolved. A rental property should be safe, functional, and well maintained. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I hope these maintenance issues are addressed so future tenants have a better experience.
