Worse place to ever stay at in joburg if not electricity it’s gonna be water or Wi-Fi there’s also something wrong every after 3 days !!!! Then the bill still comes with Ridiculous Huge amounts!!!

I wouldn’t recommend!There’s a lot of inconveniences like no water and electricity sometimes in the building, then they lie and blame the City of Johannesburg but you find that the other buildings are not affected. Their bachelor apartments are very tiny yet so expensive.The rent goes up every month!!! Stay away from them!!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to sign lease with ithemba specific the elevator run my sisters, brother their rent it always increase every months and they have issues with water and electricity. Even tenants their behavior it's bad, sometimes you find at the lift someone vomited it's kak place make me sick.

Well, let's start with the building manager, Busani. He's a great guy, knows what he's doing, very professional and tries his best to assist the tenants with the resources he has at hand❤️. Now for the property, rent is somewhat affordable but the utility bills go up every month. At some point, we ended up paying R1300 more just for utilities. The building is clean and the staff members are friendly and helpful. Limited parking spots (only 15 parking spaces for the whole building). Every second week, either water or electricity will be cut off and then we would go at least 2 days without water /electricity. This can last up to 4 days. There's a backup generator that powers communal areas, elevators and water pumps when there's no electricity. So if it's just electricity that's gone, we would still have water. They have washing basins at the top, with washing lines. Braai areas at the other side of the rooftop. Overall, I'd say it's okay-ish. But if you can to better, run😂😂. If you can't do better, bring buckets to store water when they cut off the water and power banks /power stations to charge your devices when there's no electricity.

Let no one tell you no one ever complained about the shower in unit 310, they told me I'm the first to complain since 2018, when the apartment was built, I know that's a lie, they said I should move from the unit to another unit/building, but I already moved from another unit because of a rodent issue.
