The worst estate management I've ever dealt with. House ceiling is leaking and was reported 4 day but still no one came to check it. Clarissa has been making empty promises

Aesthetically pleasing place, looks great outside and inside, the security is fantastic as well. The thing that I like the most about the place is that the stove is a gas one, obviously because of loadshedding 🤷🏽‍♂️. So I don't have to worry about cooking during loadshedding. The other thing is that their fibre severs have backup so if you have a mini UPS you can get your fibre up and running during loadshedding. The only problem is their ridiculously expensive fibre. Compared to other complexes and what fibre providers charge the 50 on Lever one is is quite expensive. And I recommend you don't take Home Connect as your ISP thier connection and service is terrible!! Also their South facing blocks are very cold throughout the year so you need to be prepared to buy a heater, pair that with the expensive electricity you have a nightmare blooming.

The place is aesthetically pleasing but you are going to suffer. It’s been more than a year since I moved in my unit with snag list issue. They have decided to attend to the snag list besides one thing which is a dent in the oven hob. Preshan and Mathapelo from “After sale” department have been playing games until they got tired and decided to ignore my WhatsApp massages. They sent someone from defy for a quote and decided to ignore me because the quote was pricey for them. Now I have an another issue in my main bedroom and bathroom- the house looks like it’s leaking and I am sure I am not going to get help. I regret buying a unit with these developers.I am not even going to mention the noise levels, loud car music from the gate, nearest school and club from the shopping centre,no tight security, far packing from your unit, tight road that suppose to be one way
