I booked at room 167 and mistakenly forgot my watch at the sink as I removed it to wash my hands .The following day I came looking for it as the owner said there was no watch found I decided to ask the lady housekeeper myself Fikile Mathembula couldn’t even look me in the eye you could see the guilt in her face as she denied seeing the watch that I knew I left at the sink just before she walked in to clean the room. I happened to bump into the arrogant owner who told me the lady could lay charges on me as I’m accusing her he also stated that expensive things have been left behind and recovered which meant my watch was too cheap to get stolen I guess.nobody even took my situation seriously my Birthday gift watch is still with that housekeeper that’s if it hasn’t been sold yet.
Very neat and calm. What I don't like residents don't greet each other.
The security is rude but other than that it's a cool place
80% of the houses are Airbnb, so the noise is too much and the security guards(fidelity) are arrogant and ignorant. They don't care about the peace in this place. Once you complain about noise, they will tell you to report to the estate manager because their job is to open the gate. If management doesn't do anything about the security company in this place then I see another hillbrow in no time.
