When you go to view , go there with not only your eyes open but you mind too, Thee Worst! 1. The entire building is poorly maintained, their toilets are set by the corridors, the ceilings are open which causes cockroaches infestation. 2. They make you move in a dirty room, I had to hire my own carpet cleaners

Live Easy, 53 Main Street, Marshall town is a very decent place to live in. No place is perfect but the Care taker and securities have really made sure that I feel at home and I am assisted. The best thing about Live Easy 53 Main, is the location, very clean, safe, closer to transport routes and shopping malls. Overall, I am happy to be staying at Live Easy 53 Main Street.

I’ve been living at the Live Easy building for 2 years and while I love my space and the comfort it provides, there are several major concerns that need to be addressed: First, the cleanliness of the building is a huge issue. There is only one cleaner assigned to clean all seven floors, which is clearly not enough. As a result, the building is dirty, and there are large rats present. This is unacceptable and poses serious health risks. When applying for this place, it was advertised as a safe and quiet area, but unfortunately, this has not been my experience. People park outside our windows, making noise and drinking. These individuals seem to be friends of the manager, as they appear to have his permission to use this space instead of the rooftop, which was intended for such activities. This creates an unsafe environment, particularly when salespeople selling insurance arrive once or twice a month without any prior communication. Their presence is disruptive and makes tenants feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Another significant issue is the rooftop itself. There are no bathroom facilities available, so people resort to using the laundry area as a bathroom. This leaves the laundry area smelling like urine, which is both unpleasant and unhygienic. In addition, the wing I live in has no security cameras, which is a safety concern. To make matters worse, this side of the building is not being cleaned at all. Finally, the electricity situation is a major frustration. It feels like some tenants are not paying for electricity, and as a result, I feel like I’m buying electricity for multiple people. The consumption rate is far too quick, and it’s becoming an ongoing issue. While I appreciate Live Easy for providing affordable housing, it’s time to address these issues. Please clean the building more regularly, tighten the security, and resolve the electricity problems to make this a safer and more pleasant place to live.

The place is amazing, and the roof top is a cherry on top for all tenants to chill, chat and socialize. It's situated at a beautiful, safe and quiet area of Marshalltown. The best👌
