Very reasonably priced, but the area is not a safe haven.

Well first of all the security personnel have no customer service skills and are rude to visitors. As a security guard one should not bridge their code of conduct and I have reason to say that I suggest their taught how to tend to customers and visitors in a friendly polite manner. Thus it Phumulani Gardens deserves even less than 1 star due to the housing security. You can't tell a visitor who is there for enquiries to go you are done with them thus you neglect ignore and be presenting the purest form of customer abuse and ignorance.

This complex itself is alright, but the rent is pricey—the sewer alone costs more than R600, which I find absurd. The "tap water" actually tastes like borehole water, so you'll need to add still water to your budget. Moreover, your entire house will smell like sewage many times a day. My family and I will be leaving the complex unfortunately. In conclusion, I personally wouldn't suggest this complex.

Unfortunately I can't make it less than one star, EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR A WEEK OR TWO THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY, there is never any explanation for these INSANE power cuts - currently in this rain we have no electricity. No communication no nothing but full rental is expected every month end

Avoid JHC if you value your sanity!!. Constant electricity problems, DAYS WITHOUT power, They keep communicating LIES, and there is NO WiFi… They are only good at aggressively taking your money every month. If you are planning to stay here you better not! Because Once you move in, you’re on your own. This place fell off badly. Not worth the price anymore.
