Drove to a complex as I was in the area for a viewing. Looking to purchase an apartment. I got shouted at my the female agent on duty for not having an appointment. I ended up saying no thank you at the gate and leaving. Great business skills well done.
Lovely clean and well guarded. Franswa or whatever his name (maintance guy) is useless, rude and doesn't care about owners or tenants in the estate. He is never around, it's like he was hired by his father the way he doesn't care.
If you like your peace, go look somewhere else for a placeto stay. If you have kids don't even bother entering. If you are a party animal who enjoys Loud music from drunk neighbors then definitely this is the place for you.
Worst untidy complex ever. Imagine cleaning your house everyday, only for the corridors that are used by so many households to be cleaned once or twice a week. It doesn't make sense, more especially if you are paying levies. And the caretaker and Mafadi or whatsoever are absolutely ok with that.
