Still in progress but it is going to be a great place to live (in Ravenswood) and not too expencive.

Friendly, secure great place to live

We were residents of the complex for 6 months, worst place to be. The developers do not respond to concerns in reasonable time, It constantly a run around with them making it your headache. The workmanship at the complex is very very poor, door handle broke, poor paint jobs, bad wiring. The list of complains is so long that I can not fit it in here, trust me it is not an exaggeration, almost every 2nd month I had to email trying to get something sorted out or fixed. Yes is may be a new development and there will be teething issues but simple things where common sense can be used lacks greatly. It is not really that cheap with regards to rent comparing to other near by complexes. It is in a good location, some friendly neighbours and 5/5 stars for Linda from landlord services.

STAY AWAY . PATHETIC place to life at . Do not waste money or time at Taylins View . The kids running between cars , knocking on doors and does not respect privacy and the parents are nowhere to be found !! But yes aslong as the agency are getting their money they DO NOT CARE about you . The trustees are even more pathetic because the rules only apply to certain people . PATHETIC
