It is a lovely complex and the care taker is extremely helpful, they are more than willing to assist you as long as you respect the other people in the complex, I have been living here now for 2 years with no issues at all

Beautiful, secure well maintained complex. The 2 old ladies are no longer involved in the running of the complex. It's even better now!

Very nice complex but the rules are not child friendly and agents need to tell people this before selling or letting to people. The former Caretaker is a horrible old lady who seems to not like children at all and walks around shouting and policing the children all day and knocking on doors to tell parents their kids are bad. I regret being here and it's only been a 2 weeks here and now I'm stuck. Agents need to inform people that Tenor is more of an old age home set up so people looking for that environment specifically can buy and rent here. This is not a friendly place to live at all. The complex itself is nice and well kept which is what you see and attracts you and then when you are in there you will realize just how unfriendly it is.

Th complex is lovely and safe but the rules are just so unbearable. The 2 old women who are caretakers are just not friendly. They knock on doors almost everyday treating you like a child. It feels like a boarding school not a home.

Clean living.no pets allowed.apartments are small and cramped.otherwise it is kept clean and tidy.no loud music allowed.
