Jackalberry Close Complex - Boksburg.

The place is very noisy, with a lot of unattended kids. Can't really work from home due to this and a lack of authority from management. My son who lived in a 2 bedroom unit by himself, and went to to work most of the time due to failure of working from home due to regular disturbances. He then decided give notice and vacate the unit, inspite of leaving it neat and tidy, they still deducted approximately 50% of the deposit. Not fair at all, will personally never use this rental institution ever again.

The GPS directed me along a longer route, consistently selecting winding paths until I ultimately arrived at my destination. Upon my return, without utilising the GPS, I discovered that there is a more direct route to the main road from the Jackalberry Close Complex.

The place itself looks nice BUT I would recommend you read the big Disclaimer at the gate, they genuinely do not care about your safety, wellbeing or any of your vehicles. My vehicle was damaged as a result of poor maintenance of the property and I was literally shown to the big Disclaimer at the gate. If you can see on the pictures this piece landed on my car and I had to bear the costs of fixing my car. Anyway if you care about your safety I would not advise you to go stay there. I have attached the Disclaimer for your convenience as well. You will see it goes to an extent of mentioning that if you were to die due to their gross negligence, they would refuse to take any responsibility.

I was looking for an apartment to buy from the beginning of the year and when i searced Jackelberry i was really happy. The price was good and the showroom was beautiful Only problem started once i had received the approval to get the unit and the level of assistance that o received from the CSI, they really seemed uninterested in my concerns😂😪. My unit had issues that required to be fixed. Agreement was it will be fixed by the people selling the unit to me. Looks like i will have to fix it from my pocket 1 we had agreed to get one of the cupboards fixed before i even moved in till today i am staying with a broken cupboard in the kitchen, so much for a new location 😂😂😂 2 the bathroom tap is not well mounted to the wall they had said it will be fixed before i move in i must not worry😂😂😂 till today 3 i am forever fighting for my sheltered parking😪😪 my car uses an unsheltered parking space lapho i pay for the sheltered one being complaining about it no assistance 😂😂 Honestly feels as thought once you buy you are on your own😂 We work they call in the morning saying people to assist will be coming in😂 no appointments i told the please can i have a particular date so i can book off work till today they send a message when i am at work bathi sebefikile hello😪 i stay alone i work Monday to friday booking an appointment so i can take leave🙂. I am honestly not happy with the treatment i received after buying the place everything that was meant to be fixed was not fixed. Let me not even begin to talk about the potholes by the main entrance 😂😂😂🫣 Yoh hayi weeh
