Nice spacious apartments with modern finishings. Close to 3 major shopping centers and the n1 and n14 highways. The complex provides free wifi, which is not the most reliable however, thanks to poor infrastructure by the contracted provider (wirulink). The service is down 60% of the time.

I stay here..the kids and their mothers are so loud during the day.There are problems here and there regarding hot water. Also they do not attend to your complaints right away,I've reported a light that died a month ago,still no response or action.

Poor internet connection, definitely not ideal for those working from home. Asked to be moved to another unit, but we were of course met by Trish’s disinterest in her job. Constant water issues and unethical lease agreements. Lesson we learned is to rather use a reputable agency that practices ethical industry standards. Don’t be fooled by the no deposit bait.

Place always has hot water issues. Everything else is fine but this thing of the whole complex using boilers instead of geysers is a terrible idea. Every day, I mean every day there’s hot water repairs and when the water comes back, the hot water takes forever to pump out whilst you have to keep the tap open until the water is warm to shower and the bill is running that time, my hot water bill is always high yet the actual water is cold most of the time. Daily without fail there’s “apologies for the inconvenience”

Oh what a peaceful place my friend stayed there and wow fun times from security to neighbors the best ke sana
